Stava Mountain Race 2018

• ART. 1: The competition is open to all those who have completed eighteen years of age and in possession of the current medical certification to sporting practice at a competitive level in accordance with the D.M. 10.1.82. This certification must be valid at the date of the race and must be shown when the bib number is collected. Athletes (or those responsible for it) must also sign the declaration of information to be downloaded by clicking on the link. Who is in possession of the Fidal card (not obligatory) must insert the relative code in the registration form.
• ART. 2: The participation fee is 30.00 €. It includes the rescue service along the route, refreshments, pasta party on Saturday night offered by the sponsor Pastificio Felicetti, Sunday lunch, gadget and beer or radler (beer / lemon) to consume or during lunch or at the gazebo drinks set up outside the tent. Sign up here. At the time of pick-up of the bib (starting at 2.00 pm on Saturday 7 July and after 7.00 am on Sunday 8 July in Piazza Cesare Battisti at the former Cassa Rurale).
• ART. 3: In case of adverse weather conditions and such as to constitute a danger for the competitors, at the discretion of the Jury, the course of the race can be modified. In case of cancellation the registration fee will not be refunded.
• ART. 4: It is obligatory for each competitor to show up at the start equipped with a windproof jacket, in this regard a check will be performed at the end of the race. The athlete found without this garment will be sanctioned with a penalty of 3 minutes. Depending on the weather conditions, the organization is sovereign in the decision to eliminate this garment upon written and verbal communication before departure. In addition, the bib must be clearly visible during the entire race and the competitor must follow the path properly reported.
• ART. 5: There is no participation limit. The organization declines any responsibility for damage caused by slight negligence to the athletes and in any case for damages suffered by things belonging to the members of the competition.
• ART. 6: The maximum time of the competition is set at 5.30 hours. The planned gates are two with relative deviations.
  Gate 1: Monte Cornon - closed after 1 hour and 55 minutes from the start of the race.
  Gate 2: Monte Agnello - closed after 3 hours and 15 minutes of the race.
• ART. 7: Competitors are advised to behave in a way that respects the environment, in particular athletes are asked to throw away garbage in the appropriate refreshment areas organized along the route. Competitors who will be reported for incorrect behavior and not respectful of the environment will apply such penalties until the unquestionable disqualification by a Jury set up ad hoc.
• ART. 8: In case of withdrawal during the race it is mandatory to report it to the nearest control by delivering the bib number. Any complaints will be accepted up to half an hour from the arrival of the last competitor paying a fee of € 50.00, which will be returned only in case of acceptance.
• ART. 9: rize giving ceremony at 2:00 pm, at the arrival area. The absolute categories M / F, Under 23 ('95 -'00) M / F and Over 50 (year '68 and earlier), 1st absolute time will be awarded.

• ART. 1: The competition is open to all those who have completed the sixteenth year of age (year 2002) and in possession of the current medical certification to sports practice at a competitive level in accordance with the D.M. 10.1.82. This certification must be valid at the date of the competition and must be shown when the bib number is collected (if not already included in the registration form) starting at 2:00 pm on Saturday 7 July at the former Cassa Rurale located in Piazza Cesare Battsiti. For children under 18, authorization from one of the parents or those responsible is required (fill out the bib withdrawal form). Athletes (or those responsible for it) must also sign the declaration of information to be downloaded by clicking on the link.
• ART. 2: The participation fee is 20.00 €, sign up here. It includes the rescue service along the route, refreshments, pasta party on Saturday night offered by the sponsor Pastificio Felicetti and gadgets.
• ART. 3: It is recommended that athletes behave appropriately in respect of the environment, in particular the athletes are asked to throw the garbage in the appropriate refreshment areas organized along the route. Competitors who will be reported for incorrect behavior and not respectful of the environment will apply such penalties until the unquestionable disqualification by a Jury set up ad hoc. Underage athletes, if they leave the race without reaching the finish line, are required not to descend downstream autonomously, but to contact personnel of the organization on the path to be returned and handed over to their respective managers (parents or guardians).
• ART. 4: Mandatory re-entry after the race: going down the Slavin path, you will be helped by signs indicating "Shuttle Bus", which will take you to the state highway to Pampeago, here, starting at 18.30 and up to 20.00 will be active a shuttle service to the departure area.
• ART. 5: In case of withdrawal during the race it is mandatory to report it to the nearest control by delivering the bib number. Any complaints will be accepted up to half an hour from the arrival of the last competitor paying a fee of € 50.00, which will be returned only in case of acceptance.
• ART. 6: Use of poles is recommended. Mandatory windproof jacket. No upstream clothing transport is required. Possibility to leave the bag in the starting area before punching.
• ART. 7: Prize giving ceremony will be at 20.15. The absolute categories M / F, Over-50 M / F (1968 and previous) and Under-23 (from 1995 to 2002 - 16 completed years) will be awarded. For the year 2002 we accept children with 16 completed on the date of the event.

Campaign «I do not throw my waste»

The event «Stava Mountain Race» and «Vertical Cornon» adhere to the campaign «I do not throw my waste» promoted by Spirit Trail to protect the environment and nature. It is therefore requested that the workers throw away the waste (eg. bottles, glasses, gel) in the appropriate bins set up at the refreshment points. Competitors who will be reported for incorrect behavior may be sanctioned and / or disqualified, according to the unquestionable judgment of the organization.
